The Echo Society, the Mothlight Communion, and the Nova Republic form the Living Forum. Together they publish evidence, deliberate openly on proposed system-wide authority, and pledge non-aggression and mutual defence.
Charter
The Echo Society preserves Earth's civilian memory aboard Memoria.
The Mothlight Communion records false positives beside unexplained sightings.
The Nova Republic keeps public power visible and recallable.
Their methods differ.
They join to keep evidence open and power answerable to living people.
Common Ground
- Free thought. No claim is beyond challenge.
- Open records. Sources and uncertainty belong beside every finding.
- Peaceful inquiry. The unknown is no cause for attack.
- Limited power. Authority must remain visible and answerable.
Common Goals
- Publish evidence. Share sourced records and observational data, including errors and disputed claims.
- Deliberate openly. Put any proposed system-wide authority before living citizens for public debate.
- Keep the peace. Defend members without starting aggression.
- Preserve independence. Let each member govern its own people and work.
Articles
- No member raises arms against another.
- An attack on one member is an attack on all.
- Members shall aid an attacked member in defence. An unexplained sighting or disputed claim does not itself constitute an attack.
- Members shall publish the evidence behind shared claims, with sources and uncertainty made clear. They shall protect private records and give public reasons for withholding material.
- Members shall deliberate openly before endorsing any proposed system-wide authority. This Forum claims no right to govern nonmembers.
- Each member retains authority over its archives, observations, settlements, and internal law. This charter settles neither the personhood of Legacy Profiles nor the nature of unidentified craft.
